Strangely, I prefer Slyfox drunk right out of the can. It has a very bland aroma. The color a golden. Nothing special.
This definitely has an overall Weisse flavor. A little bit bready. Some yeast. Straw. It could use some lemon or grapefruit to give it more character. It leaves a bit of baked bread on the tongue.
But really there's nothing special about this. I'd certainly reach for this over a can of Coors Light. Slyfox is a rather strange brewery. Some of their beers are excellent. Others are just average. I was hoping for more consistency from them.
