Slyfox Phoenix Pale Ale: 24

Taste: 8 Finish: 8 Visual: 4 Aroma: 4
Total: 24

It has a very nice copper color to it with a moderate head. The aroma is a nice blend of malt and hops.

It has a very mild sweetness upfront. A little bit of honey. By mid-tongue a little floral hops starts to kick in. At the back is a moderate hop bitterness and then the dry and tart hop exhale. It stays on the tongue for a while but not too long. I also get a bit of grapefuit.

A very nice medium hopped brew. It sits nicely between a Sam Adams and a extremely hopped beer like Arrogant Bastard. Perfect for days you want a bit more bite and want to enjoy say 3 or more beers.
